YOUR MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account membership. If you are under 18, you may use our website only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Florida Best Maid and its associates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel service in their sole discretion.

If you are enrolled in AutoPay:

You, the Customer identified above, authorize Florida Best Maid to, on a recurring basis, automatically charge the debit or credit card account you specified, or to automatically debit the checking or savings account you specified for payments due on the Florida Best Maid loyal client program membership account.

You understand that Florida Best Maid will initiate transfers/charges pursuant to this authorization not to exceed the amount shown on your membership payments. Florida Best Maid will initiate transfers or charges each time on the date your membership payment is due. The origination of ACH transactions to your checking or savings account must comply with the provisions of U.S. law.

Florida Best Maid may discontinue processing of recurring charges if Florida Best Maid is unable to secure funds from your debit or credit card or from your bank account for the payments you have authorized due to, but not limited to, insufficient or uncollected funds in the account or insufficient or inaccurate information you provided. Florida Best Maid may, if applicable, undertake collection action, including application of returned check fees to the extent permitted by law. All such fees may be collected electronically. You understand and authorize Florida Best Maid to charge any debit or credit cards provided at any time until successful for all delinquent amounts owed to Florida Best Maid, as permitted by applicable law. You agree that Florida Best Maid may obtain updated information from card networks, issuers or other third party sources. You also understand that Florida Best Maid may incur overdraft fees from your financial institution, if applicable. IF YOU PAY YOUR MEMBERSHIP PAYMENT AFTER IT IS DUE, YOUR FLORIDA BEST MAID LOYAL CLIENT PROGRAM ACCOUNT MAY INCUR LATE FEES AS SET FORTH IN YOUR CONTRACT AND/OR IN THE FLORIDA BEST MAID TERMS AND CONDITIONS. You also understand that this authorization to pay your Florida Best Maid loyal client program account identified above by recurring charges or debits is entirely optional and is not required to obtain or maintain your services with Florida Best Maid.

You are responsible for providing Florida Best Maid with accurate payment account information if such information changes in the future. You understand that you may reach out to us one day prior to your next due date to request recurring payments be changed or discontinued. Florida Best Maid will not initiate further transfers or charges after you have cancelled and Florida Best Maid has had a reasonable period of time to process your request. You also understand that you’re not waiving your rights under the Electronic Funds Transfer Act to stop payments by directly contacting the financial institution where you have the checking or savings account you specified and that your exercise of such rights does not constitute a breach of this authorization.

REVIEWS, COMMENTS, EMAILS AND OTHER CONTENT
Visitors may post reviews, comments, and other content: and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of “spam.” You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content. RISK OF LOSS
All services purchased from Florida Best Maid are made pursuant to a no fault contract. This basically means that the risk of loss, damages and title for such service given to you upon our arrival and it’s entirety at the residential or business address.

SERVICE DESCRIPTIONS
Florida Best Maid and its associates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Florida Best Maid does not warrant that service descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If service offered by Florida Best Maid itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to notify us within 24hrs.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY THIS SITE IS PROVIDED BY FLORIDA BEST MAID ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. APPLICABLE LAW
By visiting Florida Best Maid, you agree that the laws of the state of Florida, USA, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Florida Best Maid or its associates.

DISPUTES
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit with Florida Best Maid or to service you purchase through Florida Best Maid shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Florida, USA, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Florida Best Maid intellectual property rights, Florida Best Maid may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of Florida, USA, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrators award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
